About Us

As a result of the current political attacks on the LGBTQ community, a need has arisen for safe spaces for queer people. The Huntington Beach LGBTQ Resource Center was founded by three members of the PFLAG Speakers Bureau, Chad, Brenda, and Angie. We wanted to develop a safer environment for queer people in Huntington Beach. Our goal is to provide support and resources to the local LGBTQ community. We are in the process of raising funds with the hopes of opening an LGBTQ community center.
